Refund policy

Returns
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
o In the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and with all tags intact.
o In its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Damages and Defects

Exchanges
• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please request a return first and place a new order for the required product once your return is accepted.
Refunds

Cancellation Policy
